Most portfolio trackers only cover stocks, or maybe stocks and crypto. But young investors today want to hold a diverse mix of assets: real estate, bonds, gold, savings accounts, and sometimes alternatives like angel deals or wine. Having everything in one place helps you see the full picture and make better decisions. That’s what Novus Wealth does.
I built Novus Wealth in 3 days for the RevenueCat Shipyard Hackathon. It tracks seven asset classes in a single dashboard: stocks and ETFs, cryptocurrency, real estate, bonds, commodities, cash, and alternatives. But it’s not just a tracker.
It has an AI portfolio advisor powered by Claude that sees your actual holdings and gives personalized analysis, stress testing, and rebalancing suggestions. Real estate tracking includes mortgage payments, operating expenses, cap rate, and rental yield. Bonds get full amortization schedules with yield to maturity calculations. Every metric in the app is tappable with plain English explanations.
Built solo using React Native with Expo, TypeScript, and RevenueCat for monetization. Price data comes from Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, and MetalPriceAPI. The AI features use the Anthropic Claude API with the user’s real portfolio data injected into every request.
It’s live on TestFlight if you want to try it.
